Delivery
Delivery lead times after payment made are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia : 3 – 5 working days
East Malaysia : 7 – 14 working days
Singapore: 7 – 14 working days
We make sure that your package will be shipped within 3 working day, but we have no
control over the courier service once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on the approximate weight of the
products ordered, and recipient location. Before the final checkout you will be shown the
cost of shipping, at which point you can choose whether to proceed with your order.
Free Shipping promotion is only valid for delivery addresses within West Malaysia.

Incorrect/Invalid address
Once the parcel has been processed, we are not able to make any changes. Please
verify your delivery address in order to prevent delays due to common errors on spelling
